Nuclear Cogeneration of Heat, Power and Hydrogen

ULC-Energy believes nuclear power plants can deliver high-value energy solutions for future emission-free energy systems. Nuclear power plants provide clean electricity and heat, 24/7, year-round. They can deliver this power on-site, eliminating the need for major expansions of public energy distribution infrastructure. When coupled with an electrolyser, they can also provide baseload hydrogen production. Additionally, nuclear power plants can supply electricity to the grid  when needed, serving as the most effective backup solution during periods of low renewable power production.
